Autumn/winter is the ideal time for planting bare root roses. The moist soil encourages their roots to grow and, whilst they do not look very pretty immediately, they have the whole winter to establish. Come summer your roses will be ready to burst into spectacular bloom.

When your rose arrives
When you receive a bare root rose, there are just a few simple steps to follow:
- Your Rose will arrive in plastic-free, compostable packaging.
- Keep in a cool place until you are ready to plant.
- As well as the rose, you will receive an easy to follow planting guide.
- When ready to plant, first rehydrate the plant for a minimum of two hours.
- If you have multiple roses, simply separate them by cutting the twine.
